About G.A.S.

Georgia Administrative Services, Inc. (G.A.S.) was incorporated and licensed on September 15, 1995. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Georgia Oilmen’s Association. G.A.S. has recently incorporated CompComplete, LLC allowing us to provide bill review and nurse case management through our own subsidiary company permitting our client’s the continuity of a one stop shop.

G.A.S. received a third party administrator’s license on February 2, 1996. Our Certificate of Authority Number is TPA 94091.

Key officers of G.A.S. are Roger T. Lane, President; Carla E. Edwards, Chief Operating Officer; and Amy Schieffelin, Vice President.

Our administrative offices are located at 1775 Spectrum Drive, Suite 100, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043-5745. We have been providing TPA services since November, 1995.

Our staff has a combined experience level of over seventy-five years providing third party administration services to Georgia Group Self-Insurance Funds, Captives and Individually Self Funded Programs. Our companies have enjoyed a long term track record of loyal clients and employees. We have notoriously had one of the highest client retention records and lowest employee turnover rates in the industry. The management team has been in place since 1995 continuing the philosophy to be the best in class in all we do.

G.A.S. manages Georgia workers’ compensation programs for 13 clients. These include nine individual self-insureds, one Captive Insurance Company and four Group Self-Insurance Funds. G.A.S. annually manages more than 4,000 claims.

Georgia Administrative Services, Inc. also operates a full service Policy Services and Underwriting Department responsible for the service of approximately 950 policies for group-self insurance funds and captive insurance companies. G.A.S. has worked with each entity to customize the policy services and underwriting policies and procedures to meet each entity's different and changing needs.

G.A.S. Policy Services/Underwriting staff are experienced in policy pricing, policy review, policy maintenance and coverage issues. Our staff issues full policies including an estimated premium page, endorsements and coverage agreements.

G.A.S. carries Directors and Officers, Professional Liability and Blanket Crime coverage in addition to the Administrator’s Fidelity Bond on file with the commissioner’s office.
